Apteriks platform has been built using three primary targets.
We live in Microsoft Azure cloud
Apteriks takes full advantage of modern cloud technologies. We are hosted in Microsoft Azure Germany datacenters and make use of enterprise-grade network and security features to provide the global reachability and protection of our services.
We are hosted in Germany
Azure Germany is an isolated cloud that was specially built to meet the strictest EU requirements for the data protection.
As Microsoft says, Azure Germany “delivers industry-leading services from German datacenters, with data residency in Germany, and strict data access and control measures provided through a unique data trustee model governed under German law”. Read more:
We are PCI DSS compliant
We formally comply with the rules and regulations of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
PCI DSS is a set of standards defining best security practices in 6 categories. It covers many topics ranging from the security of infrastructure all the way to processes, procedures and monitoring.
We use advanced encryption end to end
|In contrast with majority of "SSL-enabled" websites on the internet we enforce the use of strongest encryption methods only. This includes clients, Sentinel agents and REST API requests without any exceptions. Your connection to Apteriks portal would be typically encrypted with TLS 1.2.|
We prove our security works
Every quarter Apteriks external security perimeter is scanned for known vulnerabilities.
Following a successful scan we are issued an official compliancy certificate
We provide 99.99% high availability
|We do our best in protecting your data and ensuring the high availability. All data is encrypted and transparently backed up on a regular basis.|
We are zero open bugs software
We don't have any open bugs. Their resolution takes an
absolute priority over any other developments.
Things that should work do always work.
